Human Improvement Process hailing from the city of Modena (Italy) in early 2010, started playing playing neck crushing death metal with hardcore elements.

When the first EP "S.T.A.R.S." was recorded HIP became part of the band roster of a new ambitious label: The Execution Kollective records, which released the EP in february 2011 worldwide.

HIP joined the booking agency Rocket to Russia (booking agency of Tasters – Nuclear Blast Records, Dufresne – Universal Music, Vanilla Sky – Universal Music) to tour Ukraine and Russia in april 2011 with the well known italian band Dufresne.

After the russian tour the band recorded the second EP "In Cristalline Worlds Beyond" shooting 2 videos and gathering more than 70'000 views on youtube.

In summer 2013 Human Improvement Process signs a worldwide deal with Memorial Records to release the first full length album "Deafening Dissonant Millennium", which is going to be released on september, 10th - 2013.
