The Aeons Collapse project began in the fall of 2007 in the Pacific Northwest. Since it's inception it has been first and foremost a vehicle for pure artistic expression in the form of aggressive music. It is a release of creative pressure that needed an outlet. Entirely self financed and self produced, The Aeons Collapse is independently operated with no goals or motives in mind besides the creation and sharing of music. The resulting material has been made available for purchase through many of the major online digital distributors primarily as way to reach people through a familiar and convenient avenue, while simultaneously attempting to recuperate some of the costs incurred during production. Still, while we do appreciate any monetary donations, spreading the word is more valuable than sales, so sharing the material by any means is encouraged, and greatly appreciated.



With it's debut album, "The Myth Is Law," The Aeons Collapse aim to tell a dark tale of young gods, creation, perception, corruption, and ultimate failure. The sonic palette is loaded with heavy textures and layers of synth sounds interlaced with the usual metallic instruments and vocals, creating a sound that may conjure up images of a dark distant future, with a heavy dystopian feel. The lyrics play around a mythical tale of an imagined universe from it’s conception to it’s end, and visits various points degradation along the way. Read more on Last.fm.
