Pigeons on the Gate have been on the road since the beginning of 2009. The four musicians meet regularly for never-ending sessions where they create their unique and sweeping sound. With a wide range of traditional and modern instruments, vocals and percussion, they interpret traditional tunes and songs in a refreshing and dynamic way.

Apart from playing together they get their inspiration from their many visits to Ireland where they play with local musicians and singers.
