Folk music legend Paul Simon and American alternative rocker Edie Brickell (of Edie Brickell & New Bohemians and The Heavy Circles met on the set of Saturday night Live in 1988 and wed in 1992. They have released several collaboration singles since, and Brickell has recorded and performed extensively with Simon's longtime friend Steve Martin as Steve Martin & Edie Brickell.
