Project Omeaga was initiated when there was material to be released, which did not live up to the expectations of a reguler Meagashira track. The tracks were more experimental, emptier and having less structure. The first example of this new ‘genre’ is Prozac-Attack, released on enzyme 04. A hardcore track can’t possibly get any emptier. The follow-up Prednison-Attack was to become a smash hit, bit it was made as an experimental stomper. Nowadays, the Project Omeaga project allows for more frequent releases, as shown on the VIP series, where 4 ‘Attack’ tracks were released on white vinyl. Real experimental tracks were released on enzyme 10 and enzyme 15, in the form of ‘…for Enzyme X’ and ‘Miss Parkinson’. Read more on Last.fm.
