Bred in Detroit, Michigan and its outlying suburbs, he’s gained a heightened sense of the universal sound rather than what’s perpetuated in the inner city. “I don’t grind to build a house in the hood. I’m trying to get out to bigger and better things.” Jay spoke during an interview with ILLdividual Radio’s Kash Butta before going on to say “I want my name to be a global synonym for great.” He has the talent to do it, but exposure is limited; therefore, it is our job to eliminate the ignorance about Jay Adams and make sure people are familiar with his music.

[2] The Danish producer and DJ, Jay Adams, is one of the rising stars in house music. Already several releases and espacially his releases on Chuckies label, Dirty Dutch Records, have created alot of attention around the houseworld.
