Warren Elbert Barker (born on April 16, 1923, Oakland, California; died on August 3, 2006, Greenville, South Carolina) was an American composer, arranger and conductor for motion pictures and television. In his early stage, he also played reeds, for example with Woody Herman in Los Angeles in 1947.
