Metal Tears formed in 1992 by Glenn Kassahn and Gary Wilkins. Metal Tears had a couple different line up changes through out the years, In 1997 Metal Tears released their first debut CD.

. In 2007 Metal Tears with new members singer Tim Ivan and bassist Jason Dawson. In 2009 they released a 3 song demo and returned to the stage. The band is currently working on there next cd release.
