Nicola Cavallaro, aka SERYO, was born in Catania in 1991. After serving in the Folgore paratrooper corps of the Italian army, he entered in the faculty of medicine and in parallel cultivating his greatest passion, music. His charisma is first noticed by the web with millions of views and Alicia Keys who, on the occasion of the anniversary of the song "Fallin'", published the cover of SERYO on her official website, signaling it as the best male reinterpretation in the world. In 2017, after having played hundreds of Italian and European stages, he took part in "The Voice" France where he broke every record: in 14 seconds he won the approval of all 4 coaches of the program and of the French public who, with standing ovations, takes him to the final. His music reaches the top of the French charts bringing him on numerous stages alongside artists such as James Blunt and many others. Immediately afterwards, Italy too became aware of SERYO, inviting him to the most important television and radio broadcasts. In 2019, driven by the continuous need for experimentation, he took part in the casting of XFactor Italia, reaching the final stages of the live shows live on SkyUno.
