Astro Inn is a sultry rock n’ soul band from Houston, TX. They blend forward-thinking, catchy guitar music with sauntering, big beat hip-hop and wonky soul.

Most of the band grew up in Houston, TX (Jacob Rodriguez on drums, Tony Ortiz on keys and Peewee Ruiz on lead guitar), but they met up with singer Nick Serena (born in Washington D.C.) in New Orleans, where they were schooled in the arts of sleaze and soul.

They built their recording studio (King Benny's House of Sound) in Houston and criss-crossed the country in various band formations for a decade before meeting up with Bassist Sergio Vazquez Puglisi (Houston via Argentina) and forming ASTRO INN.
