A Seamless Getaway is a heavier alternative to the pop punk genre based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and which features lead singer Ryan Adolt, guitarists John Cline and Steven D’Angelo, bassist Benjamin Shelly, and drummer Chris Kondravy.

February 2010. After John Cline and Benjamin Shelly found their original band in pieces, they quickly rebounded through a collaboration with Ryan Adolt to produce a catchy pop piece in less than a week. Wanting to release it quickly, the band put together the name, A Seamless Getaway, as a temporary way for people to connect to their project. However the name stuck, and with the addition of Steve D’Angelo and later Chris Kondravy, the band’s original ambitions of creating pop songs became more of an experiment thanks to their hardcore background. Slowly with each new song, the riffs became heavier, the melodies louder, until a powerful hybrid between the catchiness of pop rock hooks, and the adrenaline rush of breakdowns and chugs emerged. They garnered continued success after the release of their first EP in August 2010, playing with higher profile acts and increasing their fan base steadily.

Now A Seamless Getaway is ready to embark on the next segment in their journey; Expand their influence to the rest of the Northeast through touring and promotion, as well as a future release for early summer.
