One half of the Antwerp, Belgium based duo consisting him and Roy Rox. Both, extremely talented being a DJ as well as a producer, have more than paved their road to success individually already. Either one of them solo would bring more than enough musical luggage to the decks to impress international heavyweights. 

Having produced tracks solo and together under numerous alter ego’s, that is exactly what they did; from a first UK top 40 chart position in 2002, up to right now, when the track ‘Stop Playing With My Mind' is hitting international radioplaylists, clubs & charts worldwide. Better yet, as we speak, it even literally dominates the playlists of artist like Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong and Tiesto, and was last year’s anthem at the space Ibiza terrace. Apart from that, for long time both have been ‘the artist of choice’ for leading labels such as Ministry Of Sound, Defected, Positiva, Peppermint Jam and Strictly Rhytym.

To know them is to love them, these boys are the last to brag. They are in it for the love of house music, and prefer to let it do the talking for them. Whilst performing often characterized as energetic, passionate and pure, putting in as many studio hours as they humanly possible can and playing clubs like ‘La Rocca’ (Belgium), ‘Escape’ (Amsterdam) and ‘Bizznizz’ (Montpellier), Daniel Bovie & Roy Rox now have found each other in their quest for true house music on stage as well.

Inspired by pioneers in electronic pop music like New Order’, ‘Pet Shop Boys’ and music styles like New wave, Disco and Funk back in their teens, Daniel Bovie & Roy Rox no longer only set a high standard back stage, they now also set tone as a DJ duo with a refreshing blend of deep, soulful and vocal house music.
