The Parselmouths are a wizard rock band from Seattle, Washington formed in 2004 by Elle Viane Sonnet (née Brittany Vahlberg) and Kristina Horner. Eia Waltzer joined the band in 2008. Elle left in early 2009 and was replaced by Alex Day. The first show with the current band members was at LeakyCon 2009, a Harry Potter conference held in Boston, MA over the weekend of May 22 - 24.
