Since his days as front-man of The Jam and Style Council, Paul Weller has carved out an incredibly successful solo career. Graham Coxon has also had an illustrious and successful solo career since he left Blur several years ago.

Talking about the collaboration, Graham said "As a long time admirer of Paul, I never dared imagine getting a chance to work with him so I was bricking it when we first met...but he is an absolute gent and a shockingly great singer and musician. It’s been a total pleasure." Paul returned the compliment saying “I've always been a big fan of Graham's and love his work so it was exciting for me to work on something new with him."

Lead track “This Old Town” is a Coxon / Weller collaboration. “Each New Morning” is a Graham Coxon composition, while “Black River” was written by Paul Weller. All tracks were produced by the duo and engineered by Charles Rees. Drumming on “This Old Town” courtesy of Zak Starkey.

The single is limited to 5000 copies worldwide. The collaboration will be available digitally on July 2nd followed by a limited edition 7” on July 30th.
