There Are Ghosts are a rock band from Peterborough, UK. Formed in 2012, they feature ex-members of Double Handsome Dragons (James Mitchell, Phil Mitchell), The Hendo-san Project, Mend This Tear (Jason Gearing) and Frisco Farr, Aotea (Shaun Crerand). The band mixes elements of post-rock and screamo to make a cinematic, layered and intense soundscape. The band shun professional recording studios, instead using the talents of drummer James Mitchell to record all their songs. Their first EP was released to the public in late July 2012 but has yet to be released in a physical format or made available for download. Read more on Last.fm.
