Samuel Jon Braithwaite-Lloyd, currently known as his stage name Blaine Stranger is an Australian Drum & Bass producer who is currently signed with UK based DnB record label Viper Recordings
Before 2015, he was producing Liquid DnB and Electro House music with the alias Magnifikate. Back then, he has garnered a following as his songs have been featured in prominent EDM promotion channels in YouTube, such as vitaldnb with 'Generate' and 'Prospect', Galaxy Music with 'Zeal', and Liquicity with 'Nothing Wrong' and 'Changes'.
In May 2014, he has signed with Epic Network Music for his song 'Crazy' featuring Jess Nitties, the EP of which includes remixes from Aether, Felxprod, Louis The Child, TuneDEF and Rhodz alongside a VIP.
Around that time he has also produced bootlegs for several prominent songs such as Kesha's 'Die Young', The Wanted's 'Chasing the Sun', Rihanna's 'Disturbia' and many others.
In July 2015, Lloyd has launched a new alias for himself called 'Blaine Stranger', shifting his production style towards heavier subgenera of DnB, such as Jump Up or UK Dancefloor, and leaving Electro House production behind. After a few more remixes, he has eventually signed with Viper Recordings with 'Chat Shit, Get Banged' in 2016, featured on 'Summer Slammers 2016'.
Since then, he has released many songs with Viper Recordings, such as 'Sass', 'Dragon' and 'NEV3R'. He has featured a wide array of vocalists in his songs such as COPPA with 'Rock With It', Voicians with 'Sirens' and Venjent with 'Rewind (w/Solomon France)'. He has also been featured in many more promotion channels, such as Most Addictive with ''I See The End', Liquicity with 'Losing Myself', and UKF with 'Tension'.
In 2024, his collaboration with Matrix & Futurebound 'New Energy' featuring Tom Cane was the opening song of Viper Recordings' 20-year anniversary album '20 Years of Viper'. Read more on Last.fm.
