The Steve Potter Blues Band plays Chicago/West Coast blues. With the irrepressible rhythm section of drummer Keith Compton and swinging bassist Matt McKinley, the band smokes. Guitarists Curry Werkheiser and Dave Griffith demand attention with their big toned phrasing and complimenting subtleties . Steve has fronted bands with his harmonica and vocals since 1982 in the Washington DC area and has played solo, in duos, trios and four piece bands since then in different venues on the east coast. In the mid 90's Steve started his own band and has gone through several lineups getting better for sure as time goes on. The Steve Potter Blues Band has proved to be an exciting and charismatic "new-age" blues band.

2007 see's the release of "Live The Truth" - a long awaited gospel blues with traditional and original material.

Grotto Says! came on the scene in 2002 and has received rave reviews worldwide. The first, "Jump Back Baby" was released in 1998. He has original material on each CD and other songs include tributes to the masters of the past.
