Phrasure is a hip-hop artist, producer, and singer who resides in comfy, quaint little Mt. Olive, AL. He raps and sings about basically anything. He varies his styles also. He created the idea of a record label, and with the help of his friends, Hearty Laughter Records (containing Alex Berry, Richard Daniel, Circle Heights, Adric Avulsion, and The Hearty Laughter Crew [Richard, Alex, and Phrasure]) was created.
