Ja'Quan Borneo-Lee (born June 20, 1997), professionally known as OT7 Quanny, is an upcoming rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

April 13, 2020, marks the beginning of Quanny’s rap career, after he was featured on “HALFTIME,” by Lilbuckss. Later on, his solo debut track, “Virgil II,” was released on March 1, 2021.
