1. A psychedelic shoegaze group from Long Beach, CA, Highlands consists of Scott Holmes, Chris Figlewicz, Stephen Edmunds, and Beau Balek. In 2012, they released their first album, "Singularity; and on July 15, the quartet released their their sophomore album, 'Dark Matter Traveler.' 2. Singer and musician Logi Pedro Stefánsson has joined the young and talented Karin Sveinsdóttir. Together they have founded a new band called Highlands. They recently released their first song ever, Hearts. 'Highlands' are due to play at the brilliant Sonar Music Festival (Reykjavik.)
