Brys is a two-person musical project born in 1983 in Lithuania both as a simple joke and as a reaction to the soviets' cultural repression. The trick is the double-meaning texts rich of irony and funny words associations along with western music background such as boogie woogie, bob dylan, rock'n'roll, i.e. all so-called "dangerous and decadent" artists according to the Soviet Union's vocabulary. In 2004 the group invited the most famous lithuanian musicians to record their album which is gonna celebrate its release in spring 2007. Read more on Last.fm.
