Influenced by the New-Wave, Post-Punk era, Twin Planets sprung from the ashes of the definitive 1980s sound. With influences ranging from Depeche Mode, Joy Division, The Cure and Echo & The Bunnymen, Twin Planets encompass all that was popular during that decade whilst bringing a modern edge to their music. The aim of the band is to provide an intellectual song basis for listeners whilst preserving a catchy, memorable sound.

The band's self-titled EP, produced by Sugar House Music, was released on 29/02/2012 on 46 Records and is available via major online retailers such as iTunes, Amazon and Bandcamp.
