sodawave is a musical artist started by Swashi Tarantino, with starting releasing albums on streaming services with the project Yeanling3696 in 2017. Despite first releasing their first album in 2017, they have been active musically since 2014. 
 Their first album, satellaview soda, was the start of their VAMPIRE label (formerly Sixth World on Saturn), with a different style to their music in previous projects. 
 They make music using synthesisers, drum machines and samplers as well as sequencers in recent works. They started the xwsdl project in late 2020, which tampers on a lot of the harsher, more alternative side to their music. They released COSMO in September 2021 after a long struggle with distributors. Read more on Last.fm.
