G-Whiz has been around for about 20 years and were one of the FIRST (yes I said FIRST) pop punk bands EVER!!! They will have a total of 3 full length releases on NumberOnePunk.com. The first will be ready by mid to end October 2006 and it is called "The Pop Punk Singles Collection 1989-2006". This was originally released overseas on Boss Tuneage but never in the USA. The next release that they will release is also a re-release called "...Hook" - we may change the name for our release but all of the material was originally released on Medical Records in 1994. Finally, we will have a NEW record - yes a brand new record from G-Whiz (which you can hear a preview teaser song on "The Pop Punk Singles Collection 1989-2006" called "Astro". The new material is fantastic and we are excited to have it out soon!!!
