Born and educated in Sweden, Amanda has been heard in many places throughout the world. In 1996 she she released her first album, ”Volt” (Caprice Records).
During her career Amanda has played and toured with many of Sweden's most renowned musicians as well as with several international artists: Walter Booker, Philip Harper, Ingrid Jensen, Johnny O´Neal, Kermit Walker.
Between the years 2000 and 2003 Amanda lived and worked in the Netherlands, where she appeared at several major festivals.

In 2004 Amanda released her second solo album on Touché Music, entitled ”Reunion”. The record features Philip Harper on trumpet and Amanda's compositions.
