Gefilte Fist are a Tampa grindcore band that initially earned recognition for their useless grindcore garbage and as they evolved, for their introspective melodies and touching musical soundscapes. They are known for their childish and immature lyrics, sonic experimentation, innovative cover art, and overall lack of musical ability.

Formed in November 2004, Gefilte Fist are still rolling out musical garbage and plan to keep going as long as possible. Being innovators in the musical world, Gefilte Fist blends fistcore, grindcore, deathcore, crustcore, crapcore, noisecore and death metal into a sweet and angelic wall of heavenly feces.
