Lyricz has exploded onto the center-stage of the urban music scene as one of the most refreshing talents in the modern rap industry. Born in beautiful Barbados, Lyricz’ style was instantly recognized and caught the attention of many potential Fans. Brooklyn-raised, Lyricz found a friend and his love in the art of rap music as early as 8 years of age. His music is considered Hip-Hop with gripping lyrics and performances appealing to a predominantly young audience.

Lyricz is currently preparing to release his fourth mix-tape, “Fade To Lyricz,” scheduled to debut online later this year. As Lyricz closes in on an extremely competitive industry along with millions of upcoming hopeful artists, he has a few outstanding advantages: a personality adored by many and a stage presence compared to legendary superstar Jay-Z. Having the backing of Musik Note Entertainment to mentor and direct his path to a successful career, Lyricz states “we are more like family; I ask for bread to eat and they give me bread.” With that being said, they are expecting to make a lot of major moves in the industry.

Lyricz is a recent graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High school. Now attending Institute of Audio Research, he is pursuing a Diploma in Audio Engineering and expects to graduate in March 2010. When he is not in class, he can usually be found in front of cheering crowds at local venues and events around New York City, mastering upcoming projects in the studio, or on his social networking pages showing his deep appreciation to his fans, who love him because he takes the time to reply to them.
