There are at least Four bands named Fire Engine Red.

1) A Christian pop-punk band formed in Pittsburgh, PA in 1989, who have released three albums.

2) An alternative-rock band from Calgary, AB (Canada) who were together from 1993–1996 and released one album. Members included Lorrie Matheson and James Hayden (Thousandsticks)

3) A rock/pop band from Jacksonville, FL consisting of Alex Dougherty (AC Deathstrike), Kevin Miller (Whaleface), Adel Bengo(My Toy Heart), Jon Gochicoa-Hernandez (The Caution Children), and a variety of drummers including Michael Crews (Start Trouble), Brian Miller (owner of Bold City Brewery), and Eddie Boswell (also in The Caution Children). Formed by Alex Dougherty and Kevin Miller in 2005, the band later disbanded in July 2007.

4) An Indie Folk/Pop band from Bloomington, IN.
