There are more than one band under this name!

1) Punk band from Sweden.
2) RAC band from Australia.

1) Affray existed between 1996 and 2000 in Falköping, Sweden. They started out as a regular hardcore band but but slowed down a bit and found other influences towards the end of their existence and started playing dark down tuned His Hero is Gone influenced neocrust. They released two cassettes called "Lazy Creep" and "Tired", and a 12" split with Jönköpings finest Token Tantrum. The split was released by Död & Uppsvälld Rec.
Apparently the closest to a homepage is http://www.myspace.com/affrayfkp on which they point to this site from which their releases can be downloaded.

2) Affray is a project of Blood Red Eagle's vocalist.
