Tickley Feather is American lo-fi gothic musician Annie Sachs (born in 1979 in Richmond, Virginia) currently based in Philadelphia.

Sachs is a four-track recording hobbyist whose recordings have been compared to work by artists such as Syd Barrett, Kate Bush, and Gilli Smith.
