Goldbarne (/ɡəʊldbɑrn/) try to capture the quiet moments inbetween, the thoughts underneath it all that get lost during our fast days' restless shuffle. Their sound is luminous, sad and quietly grand - filled with the memories of past loves and unspoken dreams.
Professional guitarist Dragan Pijetlovic and vocalist Frank Wenzel have known each other since their school days. With Goldbarne, they decided to unite their talents and let the music guide them wherever it wants to go. The resulting songs are minimal, yet skillfully executed, and combine folk music, jazz and alternative pop.
