Infected chaos - this is what happens when the guitar acrobats and Matthias Martin and bassist Flo as Practice rbleibsel fresh wind of Chaosreign by two renowned musicians get into the structure. Infected Chaos - das kommt dabei heraus, wenn sich die Gitarrenakrobaten Matthias und Martin sowie der Bassmann Flo als Überbleibsel von Chaosreign frischen Wind durch zwei renommierte Musiker ins Gefüge holen. Verstärkt wird die Kombi aus Österreich und Süddeutschland seit Neustem durch den erfahrenen Drummer Christoph und den Growling-Spezialisten Christian, die beide dem vorhandenen Material von Infected Chaos noch ihren persönlichen Stempel aufdrücken.

Nach vielen Proben und Aufnahmen ging es jetzt gemeinsam ins bekannte Iguana-Studio in Freiburg, wo fleißig gemixt und gemastert wurde. Das daraus entstandene Death-Metal-Süppchen heißt "The Wake of Ares" und wird als Debütalbum sowie auf Festivals und Events schon bald auf die Menschheit losgelassen. Nach Aussagen von Christoph B. aus dem Iguana-Studio können sich Freunde des Death Metal auf einen Panzer inmitten des Kriegsgeschehens freuen, der unaufhörlich auf die Front zurollt. Vergleichbar mit Dismember oder Entombed gibt es von Infected Chaos bald also mächtig was auf die Ohren!
