Some people search their whole life for something and never find it. Some people are cursed to find it early enough to spend the rest of their time wondering where it went. Like the characters of their namesake, our minds wander to those roaring times of delusion and devotion; one looking to find it and one looking to find it again.

A Happy Gatsby is the artistic directive of Corey Gatsby with artistic and instrumental support from Nick Leners, Travis "The Boss" Franklin (Somatic Fuzz, Phasmophobia), Joe Noreen (Auspice, star of Living Arrangements), and Caitlin Rose (Phasmophobia).

Playing towards the light at the end of the dock in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the band strives to explore many sounds and ideas to the calming delight of the ever changing cast of characters attending the grand parties at Jay's mansion.

In 2008, A Happy Gatsby released their first album, "At the Wake of Our Friend, June." In 2009, the band released its sophmore record "Following Your Tracks on a Sunny Midnight."
