A project 7 years in the making, We Never Settled is a combination of musically-complex post-hardcore, alternative, emo, and indie rock, fused with raw lyrical themes reckoning with the conflicts that matter most.

Joe Miller (Guitar) and John Roman (Drums) met in high school and quickly bonded through their love of music. They spent the summer of 2014 recording demos on their phones. After refusing to join multiple times in the fall, Nathan (Bass) finally reconsidered and became an official member.

Five years of demos later, the boys met Adam Devore (Guitar) and he later agreed to join We Never Settled in Year 5 of the project. John stumbled across Jonathan Ibarra (Vocals) on the internet in Year 6 and he agreed to complete the lineup. Recorded in the summer of 2020 across five cities in three states, the self-produced record was an outpour of consistent diligence and patience. The upcoming record hopes to provide a place of refuge and reconciliation for those listening.
