Joe Cyrus (fka Pluto) was born February 13th, 1984 in Central Pennsylvania. His limited edition debut EP, Initiation dropped on STLP (Artists Over Industry, Apollo's Sun, El*A*Kwents) on November 11th, 2008--the 45th anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination. In 2009 Joe Cyrus disavowed his materially-bound life and fled to Portland, Oregon after the label's break-up in June. After a year of reinvention and soul-searching his former label-mate's, Wellis Fool (fka Inkwell the Biologic) and DJ Gard have joined him and formed Red Tape. Cut Tape.
