Sub Verso was an indie rock band from the United States that originated in Berlin, Connecticut. The band was formed by Ryan Kalentkowski (guitars/vocals) with Derrik Bosse (bass) and Brian "Monty" Paul (drums) in February 2006. Releasing several little known EP's under various versions of the name " Verso" throughout 2007.

The band also went through several line up changes over the last two years including Ian Young (drums/vocals/guitars) joined in 2008 and in April of 2009, Brian "Abe" Grochowski (guitars/vocals/piano/bass/drums) joined after working as a extra member.

The trio then wrote the Within the Hour EP which was considered their first official EP. In October of 2009, José Oyola, (bass/flute) joined the band as bass player.

In July, the band released several new versions of older material for free online only. Later that week, the band went on hiatus in the summer of 2010.

Sub Verso reunited in the Spring of 2012 and played a handful of shows before going on another indefinite hiatus in the Winter of 2013. The band was set to release the Humble Moons 7" and their debut full-length. However, neither of these records saw a release. Read more on Last.fm.
