The four chapters tell the ancient story of a thief banished from his village for desecration. He seeks the help of Baba Yaga, but the price is his life. His corpse wakes, just in time for his skin to burst as a bear comes forth. As he devours his own flesh to free his new form, his only thoughts are of revenge. Brutal revenge is taken, but the Great Lady returns for the remainder of what she is owed
