Curiosity (feat. Redman) Lyrics

Some people all about the dollar bill
It's quite a shame, that ain't really how you oughta feel
It's all the same, everyday, how you gotta deal
With all the pain, but in time it is gonna heal

We never change for anybody that would just be insane
Light a flame
Rock it back and forth
Let me take you away
With my words, I heard
Someone kicked it to the curb
Keep your head held high like you're cheefin' on the herb
It's absurd
The way the dollar bill rules life
Two types
Of people on this earth
Who's right?
One side's controlled by material things
Others live for experience and everything it brings

I'm the king of the latter
Sing about what matters
At the ball park with my friends
Swing batta batta
Just another summer's day
Watch the sun fade away
All I gotta say is we'll never change

Get away from it all not a care in the world
Watch the sun hit the water as the wave's curl, hey
No plans, but a drink in my hand
No shoes, no shirt
Swimsuit, ray bans
Get away from it all no one knows where we're hiding
Come on baby girl, water's fine, just dive in
Ain't a dream so open your eyes
We're just livin' in paradise
Oh, whoa, oh
Swear we'll never change

So come with me, come with me
Beach side's where we're gonna be
Smile and enjoyin' the world that we livin' in
Party on an island somewhere in the caribbean
Somewhere tropical, underneath the hot sun
Not a worry in the world we ain't got one
Shotgun
Another brew by the deep blue
Never goin' home
'Cause we really don't need to

I'm feelin' irie
Congo line right behind me
We gettin' lively
Chillin' in hawaii, yeah
Takin' shots like kyrie
Take a couple more now you in my league
Come vibe with me, get high with me
I know we don't know each other's names
Where we wanna be
Blue skies and see
Yeah we'll never change

Get away from it all not a care in the world
Watch the sun hit the water as the wave's curl, hey
No plans but a drink in my hand
No shoes, no shirt
Swimsuit, ray bans
Get away from it all no one knows where we're hiding
Come on baby girl water's fine just dive in
Ain't a dream so open your eyes
We're just livin' in paradise
Oh, whoa, oh
Swear we'll never change

We're never changin', we'll stay the same and
We'll never change at all

Get away from it all not a care in the world
Watch the sun hit the water as the wave's curl, hey
No plans but a drink in my hand
No shoes, no shirt
Swimsuit, ray bans
Get away from it all no one knows where we're hiding
Come on baby girl, water's fine, just dive in
Ain't a dream so open your eyes
We're just livin' in paradise
Oh, whoa, oh
Swear we'll never change

Just me and you

We're just livin' in paradise

Aaron Hall (born 10 August 1964, The Bronx, New York) is an American R&B singer and songwriter. He was a member of the 1980s and 1990s trio Guy, along with new jack swing founder Teddy Riley and songwriter Timmy Gatling, and later Hall's brother Damion Hall.

As member of Guy, Hall rose to fame as lead singer on hits like "Groove Me", "I Like" and "Piece of My Love" (from the group's self-titled debut album) and "Let's Chill" and "Do Me Right" (from their second album, The Future) before the trio disbanded in the end of 1991. His vocal distinction is similar to that of Charlie Wilson, a member of the R&B/funk group, The Gap Band. They also collaborated in 1992 on the soundtrack to Eddie Murphy's hit film, Boomerang.

As a solo singer, his hits include the #1 R&B single, "Don't Be Afraid" (from the Juice soundtrack in 1991 and also on the popular videogame Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, playing on New Jack Swing radio station CSR 103.9) and his Top 3 single, "I Miss You" (from his solo debut in 1993), reaching #2 on the R&B chart and later peaking at #14 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming his biggest pop hit. He also participated in several projects with R. Kelly and joined Kelly and a group of fellow R&B singers in the song "U Will Know" from the Jason's Lyric soundtrack. Hall also recorded a duet with Jamaican reggae vocalist Patra, on her album Scent Of Attraction in 1995. The single they recorded was of the same name. He has a son with Gloria Velez. He was featured with K-Ci & JoJo and Danny Boy in the 2Pac single "Toss It Up" in his 1996 album The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory using the pseudonym Makaveli.

Hall reunited with his brother and Riley as Guy on their 1999 reunion album, Guy III, which featured the modest hit, "Dancin'".

In July 2005, Aaron Hall released his most recent album entitled Adults Only: The Final Album. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
