Sick Pupa (病蛹) is a nu metal band from Beijing, China. Members: Vocals / Rhythm Guitar - Wang Ke , Lead Guitar - Wang Jin , Bass - Chen Yanan , Drums - Shang Fa , Samples - Xu Kai

A powerful voice combined with hard guitars, heavy riffs and a pushing rhythm is the essential part of Sick Pupa's music. Presenting half of their songs with a frontman jumping and shouting, singing and pushing and half of their songs with their frontman playing the rhythm guitar, Sick Pupa's show reflect the energy and aggression they lay into their playing. In 2002 they signed a record deal with Warner Music and published their debut album "Release Me (放开我)".
