Danger Zone Lyrics

There's one thing I know about love
You can play it safe, but love is dangerous
You never know what to do when that love falls on you - what do you do?

Infatuation stage is beautiful when there is love there to be made
You want to know the ups and downs, the ins and outs and everything of yesterday
Then you wanna do too much too fast, forget to talk about how to make it last
Finger on the truth getting' ready to blow, and aint nobody said baby we should take it slow
I don't even know you - I don't think you know me; it's no longer new you see
(Danger zone - Danger - Danger zone) - background

We've entered a danger zone
You try to plan the escape, but it's too late within a danger zone
Oh no

The reality of you and me may never exist or be true
However I know you want me, and I know for sure I want you too
Well, while you're pretending to be hard, trynna' figure out how to hit restart
I'm all in my head, covering my hurt. Trynna' hold out by not calling you first to say
We could want the same things, we could dream dreams
Damn it's so you and me Oh

We've entered a danger zone
You try to plan the escape, 'cause it's not safe we're in a danger zone
There's one thing I know about love
You can play it safe, but love is dangerous
You never know what to do when that love falls on you - what do you do?

We've entered a danger zone
You don't wanna' leave, I don't wanna go from this danger zone
We've entered a danger zone
(Danger zone - Danger-Danger Zone)

We've entered a danger zone
You try to plan the escape, but it's too late, we're in a danger zone
(Danger Zone- Danger zone)

Algebra Blesset (Algebra Felicia Blesset, born in 1976 in Atlanta, Georgia) is a contemporary R&B singer.

Blessett's mother was a gospel singer and bass player, and she grew up to the sounds of soul music, gospel and R&B. Like many R&B singers, she sang in a gospel choir when she was in school. As an original detail, however, she has added in interviews that this was not so much out of passion, but rather because she was not good at sports anyway, and wanted to stay after school with her friends.

Blessett started doing background vocals, among others for R&B artists Monica and Bilal. This earned her a contract with Rowdy Records in Atlanta. She has toured with Anthony Hamilton, and collaborated with India.Arie. At a later age she learned to play the guitar, and started to do her own gigs in the Atlanta club scene. She writes her own songs.

Blessett released her first single "U Do It For Me" on the Kedar Entertainment label in 2006. She released her first album titled Purpose in 2008. The new single was called "Run and Hide", and is about men's shifty intentions. Her music can be labeled contemporary R&B, neo-soul or underground soul. It has some jazz, gospel, and even rock influences. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
