HS is the founder of Running Jump records and Piston Source records. Running Jump is a not-for-profit netlabel specializing in music created with the PSP. Piston Source is a not-for-profit netlabel specializing in music created with Piston Collage, a freeware music program coded by pixel, the man behind the game Cave Story.

Other known aliases include H Seiken and Hakyoku Seiken.
