Devias was a four-piece melodic rock combo out of Long Island, formed in 1985. The band featured Frank Vestry (ex-Jack Starr’s Burning Starr) on vocals, John Levin on guitars, bassist Greg Smith (ex-Wendy O. Williams) and Charlie Ambrosia on drums.
