A Four Star Affair is an up and coming pop-punk band based in San Jose, California. Band members Matt (drums), Tyler (guitar/vocals), Andrew (bass/vocals), and Jaymes (lead vocals), draw their inspiration from a variety of musical phenomena including Fall Out Boy, Taking Back Sunday, and The All-American Rejects. Singer/song writer Jaymes Rafferty started FSA in late 2009. Pulling from more than ten years of musical experience and song writing, Jaymes wrote their debut album, “If I Can’t Have You, No One Can”. The album became available to the public April 24, 2010 on iTunes, Amazon, and CDbaby.

A Four Star Affair is continuously looking for new ways to improve their sound by playing with national acts such as Neon Trees, The Daylights, Ok Go, Local H, and The Audition. The band also continues to build their repertoire of songs. They are in the process of writing and producing their second album and will be hitting the road in late 2010 to tour the Northwest.
