Irrenoid is an experimental Chiptune project created by genderfluid musician and producer Dalton DuBois (who also goes by Jennifer or Morkal) from Denver, Colorado. Irrenoid is their main project, with work starting on it near the end of 2020 and officially releasing in the Summer of 2021 with their first release Fallen Kingdom. The lead single "Princess of the Darkened Light" from 'Fallen Kingdom' reached #44 on the Itunes UK charts. Irrenoid primarily blends Chiptune music with a variety of other genres.

Irrenoid suffers from the remnants of a severe traumatic brain injury that damaged their frontal and temporal lobe and affected their musical journey, ranging from mental and physical challenges when playing instruments to severe sensory issues. Irrenoid began writing music as a teenager with several local metalcore and deathcore bands as primarily a harsh vocalist. Irrenoid pivoted to electronic music in their early 20s. However, it wasn't until their late 20s that Irrenoid discovered their love for Chiptune music and released what they consider their actual first full-length album, Codename: Synthchip, on April 29th, 2022.
