Picking up the pieces from the wreckage of the past... That was the only thing left for the individuals of Thematic to do. But things happen for a reason and when one door closes another one opens. Each member has come from bands who have all tasted what could have been. That desire to reach a level of success is what has brought us together.
Singer Mace, was formerly front man of the Miami based band Head Heavy, which featured bassist Brian Marshall (Creed) until they dissolved in 2004 to create Alter Bridge. Mace wanted to continue on with his music career and became a song writer for BMI.
Guitarist Kevin Samuel, Nate Buesching, and bassist Dan Edwards were all former members of a successful independent band based in Fort Wayne, IN.
