Grim Indiana made their debut in the regional Australian heavy music community in 2015. They released a couple of singles that would eventually be included on their debut EP 'Rest Easy'. Shortly after Rest Easy. they released a single titled 'Slowburn' and then stopped producing music and touring altogether until they started back up sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. In October 2025, they released new (old music that was thought to have been lost for half a decade) music, an EP titled "The Gutter Confessional".
