Phrenetix took shape during the fall of 2011, when the band State of Ruin disbanded due to the tragic death of two of its members.
The music of the band is inspired by the old-school thrash metal and NWOBHM, as well as influenced by other music styles, resulting in the original sound combining both the classic and the modern.

* Grupės „Phrenetix“ gyvavimo pradžia galima laikyti 2011 rudenį, kai dėl dviejų narių žūties iširo grupė „State of Ruin“.

* „Phrenetix“ muziką įkvepia senas thrash metalas, NWOBHM ir daugybė kitų muzikos stilių, todėl grupė turi savitą skambesį, kuriame galima pajusti tiek seną dvasią, tiek saikingą modernumą.

* Phrenetix grojo ne viename festivalyje, konkurse ir koncerte įvairiuose Lietuvos kampeliuose.
