Eleana Papaioannou (Ελεάνα Παπαϊωάννου) is a Greek singer and TV celebrity. She was born on December 30, 1983, in Thessaloniki, the daughter of footballer Lakis Papaioannou. She first became known thanks to an appearance on the talent show "Fame Story" in 2003.
