In The Arena is a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

The band features members from two Canadian bands: Secret And Whisper and Cry Of The Afflicted. They were both active in the golden era of post-hardcore (2005-2012). They released a single called 'Destroy, Disavow' on November 1st, 2022. An EP is around the corner.
