There are at least four artists named Azusa.

1) azusa is a Japanese pop singer and a former member of the group Sparkling☆Point. After their disbandment in 2009 it was announced she would continue as a soloist, and she has been conducting solo performances as AZUSA. In 2010, she signed with Pony Canyon and made her solo debut under the stage name azusa with the single "i Love". On November 6th, 2013, she updated her blog saying she would be going on hiatus.

2) A five-piece band from Hacienda Heights in southern California that blends Hardcore and Metal to bring a unique sound; they released their first demo over the summer of 2006.

3) A band featuring members of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Extol and Sea + Air . The band is made up of Eleni Zafiriadou (Sea + Air) on vocals, Liam Wilson (The Dillinger Escape Plan) on bass, Christer Espevoll (Extol) on guitar and David Husvik (Extol) on drums. Azusa’s experimental music offers a genre-defying sound that combines ethereal and screamed vocals with heavy riffs.

4) Azusa is a self-contained, multilingual independent musical and visual artist. She draws from Cantonese Chinese roots and from Japanese, Korean, and Western influences. She writes, composes, produces, and performs her own work. Her music focuses on self-love, connection, freedom, and belonging. Her official site does not list a place of birth. She cites Cantonese heritage as a core influence. Some of her recent work are Dalayah and Lily, Lily blends slowed Jersey club inspired drums with psychedelic synth chants to trace the awakening of a heart once lost in love.
